I was in the middle of a Wizard quest when I got the dreaded 502 error. By the time I got back to him I'd lost the sP bonus because of the delay. This isn't the first time it's happened. I'll be really annoyed if I miss out on the 50 point token for the last quest because of a site error.

I'm pretty for this too. If I get an error with the wizard I basically have to resign myself to hitting refresh and doing nothing else due to being forgetful ("I'll refresh again in a minute, let's just read this article first..." never works, I always get sidetracked), which is a pain and also boring, or losing the bonus sP/10 tokens.

Even just extending his bonus timer a little? Between the errors and a slow internet connection I'm often -just- missing out, and I think an extra 3-5 minutes would be acceptable if outright removal is not an option.

You don't lose the 50 point wizard token even if you take 29 minutes to complete the quest - you only lose the sP reward + 5/10/15/19 points depending on the time you take to complete.

I've been thinking about this for long. Sometimes the site just takes a full minute to process the purchases and then I lose the rewards. I would really like to get that extended to 5 minutes so you'll only lose the reward if you get distracted.
