I have been going to the bathhouse every morning and I know this for sure because I have a pop up reminder on my computer that opens up at 2 am every morning...so I know I don't forget. However the bathhouse has reset on me several times. I opened up a ticket about it yesterday after visiting the bathhouse, and was told they don't see any problems. I thought, maybe it was just me. Maybe I really did miss those days, until this morning when it reset to 1 again. Ok now I KNOW I haven't been missing any dates! I was told to come post here if the problem continues. So, here I am, reporting the issue.

I havent had this issue yet, but i think its quite possible for it to happen. I wouldnt doubt it.

Here is what i recommemd you start doing to keep a record of your days as some sort of proof.

Im a member of the bathouse ping group that runs. Whenever i get that ping i usually post a thank you and then paste in what i earned for that visit after i have visited the bath house.

Then i go to the front page of that thread and click the link for 's thread about what i got for that day. In that thread i type the # of the day im on and post what i received again for that day.

I do this not just because it increases my chances of a forum post, but also to keep a record of my visits. I admit i havent done it much lately, but i will consider going back to doing this now.

i was on day 74 when it glitched on me and started me over..i filed a ticket as well and they answered today saying it all looked fine to them and i'd most likley missed etc etc ...and i know full well i didn't miss it, i've been here every night at midnight :/

I'm pretty sure if the bathhouse was glitched it would glitch for everyone and not just a user here or there. If you've filed a ticket and they've looked into it and said that you missed a day, well maybe you did.

normally on some things i'd agree but not on this, hell every other second was an error page as it was :/

I've heard that there was a "glitch" a few different times and it seems like every time the user files a ticket and staff tells them it's fine? I missed a day just past the 30-day mark and I never assumed it was glitched or anything. But I haven't missed another day since, despite people randomly being "glitched" at different times.

If there was an error page while you were trying to go to the bathhouse, that really sucks but unfortunately it's still on you to make sure it actually went through; that's not the same as a glitch in the counter :x

darkrai, i've not come on here to start up an argument with anyone, but i know i was here and it didn't work... call it a glitch, call it a bug or whatever, it screwed me out of my 74 days :/ .. i wait till the news comes out, then i click on the explore tab and go there from it.. so i know it was after 12am ..i hit the 'take a dip' button..the page jumped up like to where i seen 3 empty tubs, nothing on the bottom saying i'd gotten anything either ... almost jumping like the same way it had been doing over and over earlier while i was battling ..i'd hit take my turn and it'd just jump back up top of the page with the thing spinning, most times i'd have to refresh to get it to stop... so i did not get an error page at the time while i was there, just all evening prior to it, had i gotten an error page it would at least explain to me a little of what happened or the reason why, even though i'd be just as pissed ...

I know for a fact I visited the bathhouse last morning and this morning. no mix up. still got glitched.... thanks for confirming this. Now I know I'm not crazy! LOL

here's how I have it set up. I have the "visited" page bookmarked so that every time I visit it, I'm on the page where the pools are full and I get the item and the day is counted. Every morning the number changes, so I know it's not messing with me. Last morning I got an item, was on visit. This morning was reset back to 1 and got an item. And this is happening OFTEN for me.

I'd suggest bookmarking the other page and manually pressing the button each day. I have a feeling that might cause it to not actually get sent every single time

I also have the "take a dip" page bookmarked (the one after you click the link, that leads directly to your item) and have never gotten "glitched," for what it's worth.

You know, I was just thinking that when I got reset on sunday, that I had visited on saturday. I chalked it up to that I really did miss the day, but now I'm not so sure. And obviously the site logs aren't saying anything is glitched, so I guess it's up to us to keep a log.
