Re Vera

My pet just reached Tier 9 and I feel a bit confused if and how I should update my T8 weapon/scroll set.

So my main attackers are and I also have in my arsenal and Also bought a but it seems quite useless. Should I update any of these or save up for later tiers? Because I understand that in T9 it is possible to win against some extremely hard oponents but it will be easier in T10.

For freezer I use which has served me alright but do you guys think I need to get something better? For Healer is it worth updating or will it serve me good in T9 aswell? For blasting So any changes or suggestions that I should make?

I have 96 alchemy points to use and I did update my scroll set with and about a month ago and these have turned out quite nice. Thinking of getting duplicates of Morosbane and Cobalt Eternal (is it worth it?) Also using and for some healing , also other cheaper scrolls.

And if there is something I should definately save up for T10 let me know.

Hi !

Your attackers look pretty good at this point. I use the knife and the rapier quite often as well. If you're ever looking to trade in the freeze chance of the rapier for some extra heal, at this point people start recommending a which can get really expensive, and you should be just fine without it. If you're really desperate for a heal the icewand should do the trick as well - I don't think you'll find yourself in that much need of a constant heal to drop 500m on the trident - but that's your call.

I do think you're right to wait on upgrading your constants until Tier 10 - then you can buy things like a Dark Goddess Rod, Unstable Sample Syringe, Malerias Cursed Arm Bangle, and even the Ornamented Hook Swords - each of which will cost you less than the trident itself (and they all come with heals!).

You could certainly upgrade your freezer - I've been using the Scientist Specs which is quite affordable right now.

Probably the easiest upgrade in your set would be to add another full healer - the Reviver of the Lion (well, 90% heal) will certainly serve you well in longer battles - it's pricey, but definitely worth it. Your Phoenix Quill is useful in all tiers, but the Reviver can be used alongside it - essentially giving you two full heals per battle. Absolutely essential.

You could also upgrade your blaster to the Soma Tablets - and for battles where blasting is critical, you can actually use the RB with the tablets. Otherwise, the tablets does essentially what the RB does but throws in a random blessing and a curse, which can help to sway the battle in your favour if it's incredibly close.

As for scrolls, Terra Focujin is commonly recommended but I don't have one myself - it's too expensive or unavailable, so I've been making due with a Feather Explosion Scroll. I actually do have multiple Morosbane Scrolls equipped and I find that to be incredibly helpful - they do more damage than the constant healing/damage scrolls, and they heal more as well. For most battles - BQs especially - that don't last more than 4-5 turns (or however many Morosbane Scrolls you have equipped), they end up being more useful than a constant scroll. So depending on your budget and alchemy points, that might actually be a viable option (it's what I use!).

So, to sum up:

Upgrade your constants - maybe, if you absolutely feel like you need to.

Upgrade your healer - Phoenix Quill is fine, but definitely add Reviver of the Lion.

Upgrade your blaster - Certainly replace RB with Soma Tablets, but keep the RB for special battles.

Scrolls - this is personal preference, but at Tier 9 multiple Morosbane Scrolls could prove more effective than one big constant scroll. (Especially with Morostide coming up - they're bound to only get cheaper).

Let me know if you have any more questions or need clarification on anything!

The knife and the rapier are good. The knocker is also good if you don't have any other earth blockers. Tier 9 means you can now use as your 100% freezer. I would highly recommend picking this up as soon as you can from the battle shop. Until then, you can use . Another nice cheap weapon to pick up if you need to block some fire and do a lot of water damage is . and are also nice cheap weapons to add to your arsenal. I would also recommend picking up for water blocking. This is still helping my T11 get by and beat crawbeast until I get MW.

The phoenix quill will remain in your staple set unless you are battling opponents where healing is disabled or the steal a lot and you don't want them to steal a full healer. I would also recommend getting and add that to your staple set as well. Rblaster is good. Soma tablets also blast and can be equipped with the rblaster so if you have the funds for it, I would also pick up that.

I personally hate gelaspell. It has been very unreliable for me and only really worth using during events. I would suggest getting a few and and even . The perilous whirlpools are very nice in that they block a lot of fire and I have found them to freeze more than the gelaspell.

I would pick up an infinite use scroll that blocks some, heals and does damage. used to be the nice affordable option to skelly or tasselled aegis, but they are super inflated right now. I would pick up although the AP cost for it is high. is cheap right now, but I don't know what your budget is for scrolls (still looking at around 90 mil in shops). I would definitely pick this one up instead if you can afford the investment. Making more cobalts and some
