...is not showing on my avatar?

[edit] I've tried a couple of different lip items now (currently the Unusual Grinning Pumpkin) and none of them seem to be showing up. I know I have enough slots (I just added another), but no lip items are showing. As far as I can tell, it's only the face layer/lip item that's affected.

Yeah I've been noticing that the cache has been very wonky the past few days. HAs sometimes take forever to update, if at all.
