Anchor links not working + placement info&treasure

Hello.. me again.

I'm currently working on Althair's pet profile. For the last hour I've been trying to fix the following problem, but unfortunately I can't find a solution, so I hope you guys can help me.

If you visit his petpage, you'll see that the text isn't placed properly in the box. Also, I can click on the links, but the box won't jump to the correct 'page'. What did I do wrong in the coding?
Is it possible to place pet info (column two) and treasures in that box? If yes, what is the code for that?
