I am quite concern of site server. Errors occured a lot in span of 3 hours, even considering I am not refreshing often. I am concern how are staffs handling the issue.

Apologize me, but it almost look like server went back up randomly without enough time to actually fix anything. The down time is short, but then, it is down again.

I'd like to ask what is causing the crash and what is staffs's approach to it?

It's pity there are still errors, but I believe the staff does everything to adress this well known problem.
