I'm trying to autoprice my shop which has 1308 items and I can't get passed the first step. I've tried 3 times and got as far as 388, 612, and now 106 items loaded. The number just stops increasing. I don't have all day to sit on this. :(

Edit: Tried one more time and although it was excruciatingly slow all items did load. The second and third steps worked quickly so I did, eventually, get my shop priced. :)

I had that problem earlier today. It took me four attempts to get an item list and there weren't that many people online at the time.

I have about 1700 items in my shop and it took almost 5 minutes to complete the first step. The first step has been REALLY SLOW and sometimes stalls completely for about the past week.

I know I waited more than 5 minutes before refreshing and starting over as it took me just over a half hour from start to finish. I'm wondering how long to wait before refreshing? Something similar has happened in the past but things resolved after 1 refresh. It seems today's problem is only with the 'loading' feature.

Having that problem right now.

Was unable to autoprice at all yesterday. Was about to, cannot load my shop. It is full at 2500, lots priced at 0, really want to autoprice.

EDIT Ok after a dozen attempts, main page loads, autoprice is "thinking" .... fingers crossed...

EDIT EDIT nope.... It seems every time I hard refresh/refresh/open anew/start over it gets less far before hanging up. My record this evening has been 800 of 2499 items on step one, then 363, then 95, now I can't get past "loading items" 3 times in a row...

2. "fix" anything that aoutopriced to 1 sP - go shopping...

Same for me, I've been trying for about 2 hours now, and I still haven't been able to get the first step to load fully. I've gotten it to load to 1900 items once, but then it got stuck there. Now it's stuck at 165 items. Getting tired of this.

I've not tried it today, but I had that problem yesterday with step 1 and then on step 3 it got nearly finished but then hung. Still it counted as pricing my shop even though it didn't actually price it fully and I ended up with some prices unchanged and many still priced at zero.

GRRR Im stuck on the first step this is my second attempt. Dont have time to autoprice for the day now.

I don't know if this is related to the autopricer (I wasn't able to autoprice at all yesterday, but I managed to do it today after a whole lot of refreshes), but I thought I'd throw it out there for the sake of it, in case it's a general problem with the shops. I get a 504 error every time I try to visit the "edit items" page of my shop. All the other tabs (quickstock, sP in Till, etc) work without a problem, but I can't open the edit items page. I maxed out my shop (almost 2500 items), don't know if that's related to it.

I just autopriced 1643 items. It took over 7 minutes, numerous attempts, and babysitting the autopricer as the only page open on my browser. Very frustrating.

I have the same problem as Evy, as well as the autopricing issue. Today and yesteday too, thought Edit Items loading has been painful for like a week. I have GA pretty much only for autopricing and now I can't use it. Pretty frustrating to be honest... I mean I'm losing out on sP with this and plus at this rate, if I don't sell anything, I'll fill up my shop before long... I can't manually price things either, because the Edit Items page is a similar pain to load...

Same problem... Mine always gets stuck on some number and won't load any farther! -_-

Been trying for the past 2 days without success. Last attempts was left on for 2 hours. I'm fed up, especially knowing that I use gold account just for autopricing and it's going to waste.

This has been driving me crazy. I have to keep refreshing just to get it to load everything. Autopricing is why I got a gold account. I hope the scheduled downtime fixes this.

There are 430 people online and I can't autoprice at all. Many people, myself included, only have a GA for the autopricing. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Trying to autoprice today, and now I'm stuck on the "Loading Items" page. I had hoped that the server downtime would fix this, but apparently it's a different issue. The rest of auto-pricing seems to go smooth, it's just that first step, Loading items that seems to be causing a problem. Either it gets stuck on that, or it gets stuck after loading a random amount of items. I've had to refresh 8-9 times just to get everything to load. It's a little annoying as this is the "Perk" That I got a gold account specifically for, and I hope it's fixed soon.
