I'm trying to update text in the first post of a thread and keep getting this error. Should I submit a ticket for this or is this the right place to report?

Sorry, my internet has been out so limited usage for awhile... I haven't used the thread this had been happening on in months. It was only one specific thread but it happened repeatedly when I tried to change info in the first post.
