Then Ill have an even 15 pet slots total. Im wondering if I should use my csc to get a gold account so I can take more quests.

If you do all of your quests you should make that 3.5m in a day and a half tops.
I just do wizard quests cuz the others don't seem worth the money. They pay out less than what you spend I find... At least for me.

That's inaccurate. Some pay out less than others, but many of the quests pay out.
Overall doing most/all quests nets you a profit. Also since you mentioned having csc, it'd be fastest to sell that vs getting a GA! c: 100 csc is selling for 9mill, so you'll get what you need for your pet slot and then have some left over.

I just spent 800M on the MC pet slots and never felt poorer
I have to agree with the above. If you're only doing wizard, you're really missing out on profit. I always do Quentin--oftentimes I don't get my sP back in rewards, but I get a few amulets (usually 2-3, sometimes more) and those are 300k a piece, easily. Saggitarius is also a good one.
