Achievements for baking, and burning items - hopefully the burning would be retroactive for those who have burned items in the past but I'm not picky

maybe even achievements like "baker&;s dozen" where you make 12 of the same item. or "don&;t quit your day job, (lol)" or "you get a C for effort" where you burn so many things too... or "ultimate confectioner" in which you make all the available recipes (successfully) at least once! :D

---ooh! and seasonal baked goods would be enticing too!! ❤

i like fantine's bakery! (lot more than alchemy too) i'm surprised there's not more to do with it with achievements and whatnots (maybe a good amount of other users don't like it?) either way, i'm also for achievements pertaining to the bakery.

like, maybe even achievements like "baker's dozen" where you make 12 of the same item. or "don't quit your day job, (lol)" or "you get a C for effort" where you burn so many things too... or "ultimate confectioner" in which you make all the available recipes (successfully) at least once! :D

- my ears were ringing ;)

i swear, the worst thing is when i'm so preoccupied with stuff in and out of subeta, i forget i have cookies or something in the oven for about a week.

i just imagined hitting explore, going to veta, and where fantine's place is, you see the house completely in flames...

😖

"Why don't you go check on them?"

We need this, also a chart of the XP break downs for baked goods would be GREAT.

We're not going to do a breakdown of the XP.

We will do achievements in the near future, though! :) I'm hoping to get these + bathhouse ones out soon.

Thank you so much, ! I know you mentioned this with the recent selection of fancy cakes to bake with Fantine. (: I don't mind the little baker-level tracker; you could 'guesstimate' xp breakdowns anyway if you pay attention to percentages.

Since bathhouse achievements just came out... maybe we'll get baking ones too? As has already been said, I'd love to see an achievement for baking every single recipe. And full support behind the seasonal recipes idea - it could work like the quest shop, where every season you get a new recipe + older seasonal ones.

My achievement sense was tingling the other day, and suddenly started investing in the bakery in anticipation. 🍰

I definitely support making bakery achievements. Perhaps one for baking everything, feeding your pet all of the baked goods, one per level gained, burned X goods, baked Y goods, etc. The bakery is (I feel) pretty forgotten as it's hard to stay focused enough to level up. Giving some achievements would revitalize it a bit.

That being said... Before they are released, staff needs to take a look at ingredient prices. Most of the general stocks (butter, milk, eggs, etc) are still pretty manageable. But some of the specialty items are just insane. To name a few... ^ And those are only a handful that I'm aware of. I'm sure there are plenty past my bake level that are pricey. After the achievements are released, I expect there to be absolute chaos in the shops as people buy up inventories. (I mean, for Pete's sake, most recipes require Baking Powder...)

Thinking in regards to a food related month... Maybe there could be a week where every quest keeper has a chance of passing out baking supplies? Or a specific (temporary) vending machine that'll target supplies? And/or a mystery box day at the bake shop! Or more baking starter kits going out as a free gift?

In the last two days, I've spent far, far more sP than I care to admit gathering a stockpile of various things. And it really sucks when I consider that the ingredients will run out very fast. (Since it takes so many bakes to gain a level.) So YES(!) to the achievements, but PLEASE take a look at supply stocks beforehand.

Still waiting for this to happen ;_; Every once in a while I go back to baking, but it's a huge SP loss with few positive outcomes (one new item to feed your pet every ten bakes or so). I'm only midway through level 7 and the amount of XP gain is so negligible for a successful bake - it's really disheartening, and gets very boring (not even 5% for something that required a dozen items and 75 minutes??). A series of achievements would make it a lot more interesting.

 • An alert would also be useful! God knows I would forget about training and mallarchies otherwise - baking would also benefit.
