Cinthia only giving sp upon completion of quests?

Every time I finish one of Cinthia's quests I don't get any additional items, only the sp. I checked my inventory to see if the items had been put in there despite not showing up on the quest screen but they weren't there either. I'm on Chrome and Windows 10.

quests are continually being changed based on the economy and other factors, so right now certain quests don't give out items. =)

She's still only giving sp. No items, Morostide or otherwise!

@ Turokai Are you doing all of her quests? She doesn't give out any normal items and she's only giving the old morostide items at random.
I did 15 of her quests and got 7 morostide items.
