and I have the silver key...

I can't progress on the New Omen plot because of this glitch

I had to buy the key because it nothing gave me the key, either.

In that case it's still bugged for me.

If you played the game (and checked the game) or you skipped the game and did not receive a key, file a ticket. Buying a key will not work.
