Does Shinigami and the other items associated with still restock at Blackheart Hallow? Cause if not I would like to stop wasting my time there. I don't remember seeing a news bulletin saying that they got retired.

Blackheart Hollow only stocks an item about twice a day, making it very difficult to find anything,. But those items do still stock.

, I guess it just stocks more often around Morostide and just all throughout October. Thanks!
