I couldn't find anyone who's suggested this before, so I figured I'd suggest it for the next Masquerade ball shop.

I'd personally like a means to convert Steamworks trinkets to Lounge Trinkets, seeing as we currently have a means of converting Lounge to Steamworks. There's lots of stuff in the Libertine Lounge I'd find useful for pet TCs but it costs almost just as much to buy a Lounge Trinket as it does a Steamworks, despite the implied value of Steamworks Trinkets being twice as much as Lounge. An item such as a bag of 10 Lounge Trinkets for 5 Steamworks Trinkets would be nice in the next year of the Steamworks Menagerie shop, or maybe even 10 for 10 for those with a lot of Steam Trinkets, to help avoid any possible system imbalances that being able to freely exchange tokens may bring.

i'm pretty sure this has been suggested and shot down before. i don't know why but staff seem to want the exchange to only work one way. personally i would like to be able to freely exchange them, i can't really think of any legitimate reason why it shouldn't be possible besides "we don't feel like it." lord knows plenty of things staff were adamant about for exactly that reason have changed in the past.
