Don't worry, i think they got that covered. I checked my user dashboard (i have a 1 week gold account) and it says

"Gold Account Info Bought on Sep 14, 2016 Expires in 46 years, 8 months, 3 weeks"

lol..

It's surely a bug, but I wouldn't be unhappy with it. xd

What downtime are they talking about? Just the blips here and there or was there something else that happened whilst I was away today?

I contacted the help desk and was told they're aware of it. It's definitely a bug, but it's a funny one.
