Okay I may be crazy and she always just gave sP prizes... but I noticed cinthia is only giving me sP and quest points today? Didn't she give out item prizes as well?

Keith has said that he is going to be continuously tweaking quests so that they don't give out too much and make the economy too unbalanced. This is not a bug in this case.
