I earned the trail Supervisor Achievment but didn't receive the Sophisticated Camping Tent.

I have a similar problem. I earned the achievement for Team Blake, but didn't get Rugged Patchwork Camping Tent! I wonder if we need to file tickets, because I see some of my friends have tents, at least? I'd really like mine though! :D
