So, apparently I've got 2,300 points from the 2013 masquerade and I can buy this weapon for 500 pts. It retails for over 84 mil so my question is: is it any good for a tier 7 weapon? I can't find what icons it does on google so... I don't know if it's worth it or not.
Also, since I have enough points to buy 4 of them, (if it is a good weapon) would anyone want to buy one heavily discounted?
Twisted Rift Blade Mod Slots: 2 Attack: 25 Dark Defense: 5-7 Fire, 5-7 Ice (10-14 icons) Heal: 4-6%
">source so as Gray listed it on the T7 Healers list, it may be quite useful as a healer. other attackers do 30+ icon dmg, so as a attacker it might not be that useful :)
Hmmm... ok thanks! I might store one for now, I'm a long way off from tier 7 lol. Just don't want to accidentally pass up something useful :P Thank u!
if you want to store another quite good and easy obtainable weapon for you, buy the Malignant Rift Staff for 1000 points from that event. It scales from tier 9 up to 11, having 3 mod slots and being quite useful as a dual duty weapon
I saw that one, it seems pretty amazing. If I have a tier 4 pet (Bas) and I train several times a day, how long til I reach tier 9 u think? Wondering how long I'd need to hang onto it :P
I could give you some math xD as I took a few hiatus and trained on and off I can't tell you exactly how long it took for me to train my battle pets (as I spent a few times some autotraining, sometime Shinwa and the Mage loves me, gifting me stat-boosters and sometimes they ignore me :P ) so without any stat boosters, shinwa and stuff it should take you at least about 17600 minutes (~294 hours, so 12-13 days) to get trained from T4 up to T9 :) depends on how persistent you are, I guess ^^ using autotrain will cost you about 325 csc for 13 days
@ chi
That's it?? Wow... ok lol! I think my csc is going to actually get spent instead of sold lolol! I will definitely buy that Rift staff u suggested now @^@
Really? That doesn't seem right, but if it is that's interesting.
Twisted Rift Sword and the Staff are fun weapons, they're really worth it since they're "cheap" weapons if you participated in the plot :)
you mean the math part? or that the twisted rift blade is quite a good healer?
Yeah, I'm selling off my masquerade points via trades but I'm definitely going to keep the staff. The highest tier version looks great!
The math part. Did you take into account the extended training times?
I just summed up, what Metroid listed on his thread :) I may understood something wrong as english is not my mothertounge I am not sure if he took the extended training time in account or not, thus I said 'at least' but I guess these would just be a small guidance to see what time it might take to train a pet (this would include using autotraining to get EVERY point you may miss with manual training) tbh I was a bit surprised myself (reality showed that it took me over 2 yrs to train from t1 to t8 xD cough )
Huh. Interesting! It seems to take a lot longer than that XD
indeed xD guess it stays theoretical than showing reality ^^
The training times on the thread are how long one session takes, not how long it takes to get from the first level listed to the next level listed (i.e. level 1-49 means your training time for one session will be 60 minutes if your pet's level is somewhere between 1 and 49, not that you will get to level 49 in 60 minutes).
Unfortunately I don't know how long it does take but it took me about 2 years, give or take, to get my younger battle pet to tier 7.
darn XD please please please nvm ... I misread the "min." ... cough I mistook it as a shortcut for minute instead of minimum ...
So no, not 12-13 days xD
That's not minutes. It's minimum stats to reach each tier. Autotraining from T4 to T9 would take several months and cost considerably more.
(Because text affects the width of your signature, we suggest testing with all text removed to be sure your width is correct.)
yeah, I just took a second look as Darkrai said it ^^ that's the problem when you get teached that min is the shortcut for minute xD sorry for that :P
Either way I'll get there eventually :D
I did the math using some ballparks on average stats gained per session and came up with after 13 days if you start with a pet that just turned t4 (300 stats in each base stat + level 120) you'll end up with a t4 pet at: level 152 396 in each of the other stats
so in 13 days you haven't even made it to t5 yet.
