Nothing to huge but still something to address.

With the search function you can see what items are on your friends' wishlists as well as everyone else and sometimes I find myself using this so I can gift random people... only issue is there are users out there who don't want gifts from non friends. Hey fine and dandy. Can we get a filter option then to remove the people from the list if they don't want items from other users that are not their friends?

As I said, minor idea.

I don't really care one way or another, but I have a feeling the wishlist search is probably already resource intensive as it is, so the additional database checks would probably make this difficult to implement. But that's just my guess.
