original idea - collectible betamon trading cards. a whole new tcg collection since our current one seems like it'll be at 250 forever, so let's introduce a tcg collection exclusively for betamon!
[item=Betamon: Azure Gamepet Game] Let's have an entire new type of Betamon subspecies things where we can have collectibles, TCG cards and titles. AND ACHIEVEMENTS. 8)
I'd go as far as saying just make a betamon adventure game and make this whole site focus on betamon for awhile, but that won't happen. maaaaaybe cards every once in awhile ;(
Betamon is okay as a couple of parody items, but the items we have now are waaaay too close to Pokemon. I'm not objecting because of the remote possibility of getting sued, but just because it'd look very shady for Subeta to make a feature that is so heavily based off another copyrighted IP.
I think it'd be fine if Subeta produced more original creations, not just barely changed parodies of Pokemon. We've got minions... minion trading cards? Idk, I feel like we have too many collections already. Ten years later I'm still looking at several billion sP and a long slog to finish my plushie collection.
betamon are a thing on subeta and the ones we have now are close, but who's to say that betamon isn't a real game in the world of subeta and all of the betamon are close parodies? it could be a nice way to introduce another collection and bring some creativity out, not every card needs to be a direct correlation to a pokemon.
really the trading card collection has been neglected for awhile, it would be nice if we at least got some new ones or something new that acted like cards.
I'd rather have more things based on subeta pets. Betamon are nice tributes but I don't want a full collection based on tributes. Like Griffin said, give me minion stuff. Things that make complete sense in Subeta lore, not just tied to Earth lore because people like Pokemon.
I'd love to have a new trading card collection of some kind. Betamon would be cute, but I think it'd be more in the subeta spirit to base them off of minions, as suggested earlier. There's no reason the titles and descriptions can't reference Betamon every so often! ;)
Those card descriptions would also be a chance to give more info/lore about various minions (like the descriptions on IRL Pokemon cards do)!
This seems silly because Pokemon is already a huge franchise in its own right. I love Pokemon, but if I wanted more Pokemon, I'd go play Pokemon. :P Say Pokemon again
But then it's not really betamon anymore, and that creativity could be directed toward introducing new pet species, non-betamon cards, or even expanding Mazes and Mahars, Subeta's actual playable card game. Stuff that makes Subeta unique instead of expanding their Pokemon parody.

I'm going to throw in my support. Mostly because I want more items of Mew. MORE.
If Subeta wanted, they could make minions based off of the on-site "betamon" and include older/new minions into the card game. And it'd be a way to more easily bring in more wearable minions. Instead of just excluding this as a Pokemon parody, incorporate it.
I'd love to see a few more Betamon items to be honest...
(personally wants to see Blabra and Kableckbra dolls based off of Abra and Kadabra)
Sorry, Kevin. As much as I want more Pokemon fan items, I don't want a side series of cards based around Pokemon cards. If Trading Cards get any more love I'd want it to be in the form of Mazes and Mahars getting fixed and the ability to create and customize your own deck. Art wise I think trading cards are a brilliant way for artists to draw their own creations, I don't really want them having to draw a bunch of parody items. D:

IDEA OF THE YEAR, Nicholas is MVP. I seriously love this idea, and turning the collection into less of GET ALL OF THE CARDS and more of something that can be used for actual gaming, which requires strategy
There's no need for a whole new collection of cards, just fix up and add to the one we've got. Trading cards would be much more interesting to collect if they actually had unique art rather than a generic design for all of them. M&M cards excluded of course, although that just highlights how boring the rest of them are.
