Its a cute design. Since I am not an artist I am not sure what directions to share to move it in the right direction tho, but it is getting close. :)

It's cute and I think it definitely has potential, but right now it seems a little disjointed in terms of style. The smooth, swooping bangs seem like they go with a different hairdo than the curls. Like, is this more of a glam vintage look (like the bangs suggest) or romantic nature-y waves?

The little tuft of hair on the right (HA's left) on the forehead just looks like a chunk of hair got snipped; I'd remove that. Lastly, I think the chunk of hair that falls across the body from the left (HA's right) looks a little stiff, like it would be more natural for it to fall more on the left arm.

As for actual technical coloring things I have no experience or ability with that so no comments there!
