I just loaded an old avatar I had saved, and it loaded without any facial features (no eyes, mouth, or nose). Now when I go to the "base" tab and try to add these, nothing happens. It's not a layering issue where they're hidden behind something else. The layers for these facial features just straight up don't exist. The only workaround I can come up with is to manually rebuild the HA instead of loading the save, which is a pain in the butt and defeats the purpose of having saved avatars.

Has anyone else run into this?

This is an old issue with the v3 wardrobe. I think that if you save the loaded avatar (without facial features) and reload the wardrobe, the facial features are back and you can edit them ^^
