Like how we have snowball fights during Luminaire, but instead it's water balloons during the summer.
The balloons could be filled with different stuff and cover the HA in it, give the HA funny faces, foreground overlays, or be a bit more magical. Something similar to the shield could be enabled for those that want to save their HAs.

I think pee- pus- and zombiezaliva-filled balloons would be hilarious.
Charge a decent amount of sP so that it makes a nice sP-sink and another one-time sP access fee to help pay for the summer re-fitting of the Snowtapult, and I like this idea.

Not sure how it would work with water though. Maybe that freaky water that's so full of oxygen you can breath it? Or water bugs.
