So all links to my shop or gallery seem to either link to a server error or just the default shop page that says I don't have a shop and/or gallery and if I want to create one.

I know I have been inactive for a while and that might be the reason why but it's still a bummer to have lost all profits that were stored in my shop and all the pets I was collecting in my gallery.

This may not be a bug - in the spring, all the shops were overhauled and essentially deactivated because the existing coding just couldn't be saved. We all had to create brand new shops.

Fortunately, all your items in the store/gallery should still be there, you'll just have to take them out of the old stores/galleries and move them into new ones (once you create new ones).

If you go to Commerce - Your Shops, you should still be able to see and access your old shops/galleries. They'll have an exclamation mark next to them. You just won't be able to sell anything from them anymore.

There are also lots of server errors on site in the last couple of days. I'd try again in a bit to access your stores, and if you just can't get to them no matter what, then maybe post up what error you're encountering, and on which pages?

You DO NOT need to empty your old shops or galleries!!!! Your old shops' stocks - provided they are priced - still show up in shop search and people can buy from them, while you receive your profits. If you have a big shop, keep it, because the new shops are tiny, can only hold 2000 different items and you are only allowed 4 shops/galleries in total. (A tad more for Gold Accounts)

You just cannot add anything to your old shop or reprice.
