I designed my HA with a budget of 100k. I came out slightly under my budget when finished. The only things I don't like about the outfit is that you can see the top of the stockings poking out from under the skirt and the shoes are a little off in color...but the shoes I wanted were WAY out of my budget. So for a first attempt at making an avatar in months and on a budget, I don't think I did too bad.

No bad, your next goal should be adding a scenery of your choice. Also just because black goes with everything doesn't mean it should be a crutch.
