It seems pretty pointless to exist, since there appears to be no way to win..

Only one specific weapon does any damage to him. The weapon changes whenever someone beats him, and I think the options are every purchasable weapon? I'm not sure on that one, I never beat him myself.

- You need to find the weapon that stops his full block. It's only ever one weapon at a time, and changes after someone gets 5 wins, and it is completely random. There were a bunch of theories throw about about the limitations on the weapons, but nothing was ever concretely determined. For the most part they were found to be low tier weapons, but not limited to restockables or infinite use weapons.

There is a forum group dedicated to collaborating to find the right weapon, but it hasn't been too active anymore.

I think the Troll lost some of his shiny newness and just became aggravating to most people tbh :P

- when the trolling group was still active, we spent a lot of time discussing T4 weapons and whether to test them. We did once hear that a T4 weapon had beat the troll, but never confirmed anything other than T1-T3's. The trolling group is not active any more. It seemed like everyone got very busy over the start of summer and then people mostly lost interest. Haven't really heard anything about a winning weapon since the group stopped working at it. Did have one person tell me that they had a small group of their own test all T1-T3's (in a short time period) without finding a winner so it's possible that something else is needed. Doesn't make sense for the winning weapon to get too high. It would prevent new/low level battlers from being able to win and group activity was sort of the point of the troll.

Take it from me, dont even try! He was a big pain in the #&@% and it took the entire village of Subeta working together to defeat him. Try somebody easier, like Saggi.

I was just about to ask this same question. I'd love to team up with someone (or a couple someones) to try to beat this guy : P

You could try getting in touch with the ping group, maybe? I'm sure there are people who are still looking to try to beat him!

I contacted (who I think is the admin of the group) to see if the group has any plans to be active again. The old board said they were taking a hiatus for the time being, around May.

- there were originally plans for trolling to get back together and active, but it never happened. For one thing, the person who created and organized the group graduated and started a full time job. For another, I also think people lost interest. There has been a bit of discussion during the current plot about getting a smaller group together to try and beat the troll. I have agreed that if people will comment me after the plot ends (so you don't just get lost in all the plot stuff), I'll try to organize and share what I know about how to go about it. Hope that is useful/interesting.
