Honestly? These aren't very good. I get you're just starting digital art, but that's not really the problem. These have no proportions to them or anything. Everything is weirdly shaped, and has no flow.
Bodies and faces can be broken down into simple shapes. Once you figure out how to do that it gets much easier. I suggest practicing breaking them down first, and then drawing, not just drawing eyes, then the features, etc.
Use deviantart, Tons of super helpful people have posted many references and resources for people to use.
