it looks like you've bought face paint; afaik it won't show up in wardrobe or i think item previews? you can take it off by visiting gabriel.

Oh, thank GOD! I accidentally clicked what looked like a blank box the other day. It took my 50k but I didn't immediately notice anything so I thought it was a glitch
