Does my Phoenix Quill stop healing me after I've reached a certain tier? I'm tier 5 at the moment and it doesn't seem to be healing me at all, costing my battles that I should be winning.

Is it only against certain opponents, or against all of them?

It all depends on who you're battling. Some challengers have healing disabled, meaning your quill will not work.

I just noticed it against Daemon. I didn't try it with anyone else.

Daemon. So if he has healing disabled, that would make sense.
