I'm not sure if this is a glitch, or if I just missed an update, or something, but all the quest givers, save for Wizzy are only handing out sP as rewards. Yesterday, Pete was the only one who didn't give item prizes as rewards, but now it seems to be all of them. Any information on the subject would be greatly appreciated!
