: hey guys! i've been making profiles for over four years now and haven't adjusted my prices much; i think it's time i called on the populace to help tweak my prices so they're reasonable for both me and my customers. i can code just about everything, and what i don't know i'm learning how to do (like shove a pet's treasure chest in an anchor link).

EXAMPLES. pet: [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] [x] user: x2

my current prices are 50mil sP / 1000 CSC / $10 USD for all profiles. what do you think? is that too high or too low? should i have different prices for user profiles and pet profiles since they require different degrees of coding? if you know someone to ping who i haven't mentioned, please give them a ping! i'd appreciate all the input i can get.

not sure what the currency conversion is at the moment but 50mil : $10USD seems a bit low.

Your profiles are fairly good and tbh ask for 150m+ for theirs. If 1k csc is 95m, you should definitely range in the 100m+. I would pay it tbh.

Yep! asks for 1k csc which is also ~95m. I really think that such range is a genuine price to pay and ask. It takes time to code a profile and to actually make the graphic. It also takes time when what you've done is not really what the client asked. Therefore, you may need to modify quite a few times (who knows!) I'd say to keep in mind the complexity of your coding and the graphic itself. One column is different from 3, and all the hovers and anchors can be tricky too.

Don't forget that not everyone has the knack to code and make aeshetic graphic design. Don't underprice your stuff! /sees herself out

might want to reserve the right to request more money than normal for an exceptionally complicated profile.

/points at Sir Cadogan.

His is going to be super complicated and I just haven't started yet.

You could certainly go higher than $10/1k CSC/sP equiv. for your profiles, especially given your quality. Definitely up your sP prices, if nothing else. I currently charge $20/2k CSC/sP equiv., and tbqh that's still a little lower than what I personally like to charge. I would try to go by how long they take you and charge accordingly. P: I personally don't have different prices for user or pet profiles, since they usually take me the same amount of time when all is said and done.
