edit: i mean, why would someone learn language in the summer. unless theyre asian in which case hes a nerd (tho im asian and im not a nerd im the total opposite and an embarrassment to my family and my cow)

There has been talk around in some of the places I lurk that there might be one soon. However, it is possible they just picked that book because the Omen Islands are "tropical" and therefore more hot and humid than some other places... like Arctic Frost, for example. After all, it is the height of summer in the US. -is actively avoiding going outside-

:c im pretty sure there are a lot of summer-y books that he could read. like about Delphi beach or something. or Veta. or even something like the history of Omen Islands would be less... i dunno. language though ;-;

I mean, I'm hoping it's plot-related and I totally agree that it's suspicious. However, I've learned not to get my hopes up too much. LOL

I think it's just a throwback to the islanders plot and the fact that the islands are more tropical and fits to a summer vacation :) Veta is also more spring than summer..

If we consider the theme of the month, exploring, I guess we will have something like the cruising event and we will explore new areas of all the lands and one of them will be the omen islands + they'll get a map finally.. and also it's a chance to extend SG "^_^
