I tried to send everything in my inventory to my shop through quick stock and when I did i got a list of errors saying that quite a few of my items were not in my inventory - so could not be put in my shop.... they did not make it to my shop and are not in my inventory anymore... so I suppose they were lost ?

I'm thinking there's a general issue with user shops right now. I haven't tried quick-stocking today yet but I couldn't purchase items from user shops just now.

One item was in my shop, the other in another user's shop. The page froze when I hit "buy" and then nothing happened. I tried again, doing a hard refresh before trying to buy again. The items vanished into thin air both times because the two copies I had in my shop no longer show up in account search. I couldn't complete the quest (got that error message about not having all required items) and the items didn't show up in my inventory either.

This is just a wild guess but it would appear user shops have temporarily turned into something resembling black holes... ^^" It would be lovely if this could be fixed soon.

Edit: As of about 7 am Subeta time, buying stuff from user shops is working properly again.

The items in question were Mustard Plain Cravat and Whole Sage Leaves. I'm using Chrome on a Windows 10 laptop.

Can you clarify what you mean, as there is no quickstock function to move items out of a shop. Do you mean the item removal system? Is this from a legacy shop or a current user shop?

If you are clearing a legacy shop, there is a cache delay for the item removal, but it should be very brief.

If you are quickstocking an item, just make sure to do an account search to make sure you didn't move it to the wrong category.

Are you also certain you did not use the items elsewhere on the site, if you have loaded the quickstock from earlier in a different tab :)

-I was not doing an item removal I was moving items into my shop. I went to my normal shop and hit quick stock - selected all from my inventory to be moved and then hit the stock items button at the bottom - when I did it took me to a screen with a picture list of items that I had chosen to move from my inventory to the shop and it said there was a problem because these items were not found in my inventory so they couldn't be stocked .... I looked in my shop the items were not put into the shop and they were no longer in my inventory. so I suppose they were sucked into oblivion lol. no big deal really but a bit annoying

You can file a ticket to get any items replaced if they were lost in a weird glitch. I'll have to play around and see if I can replicate it, as I haven't come across it yet.

truthfully I have no idea what the items were exactly because I didnt take a screen shot and they were just random things, I am really not worried about it though , I was just letting someone know about it since I don't think thats supposed to happen.
