I just have to get out my frustration :P

I go on a public server but I haven't been on in several months. In the server there are towns that protect the buildings in the town limits, and when I got on I discovered that the town I lived in had fallen into disrepair and wasn't protected anymore. My house was in tact okay, but my basement was broken into from underground. Some of my things were missing from my chests and some other player, all I can think of them is being a squatter, had tried to take my house by putting a privated sign in their name over my front door.

I got a mod to remove their private sign and I got some of my items back. They gave a warning to the looter. But after that I just felt kind of violated on there. :/ I successfully moved to another another town and began to slowly rebuild my house there in the exact way, teleporting between locations to dismantle the old a little bit at a time and add it on to my new house. It takes 5 minutes for the teleport cooldown to go away so this process took a very long time.

I have kind of a bad memory so I was taking my old house apart slowly so I would build it back correctly in the new location. I was almost done; at the old place I had a big hole where I took the floor and exposed the basement, and some stairs leading up 2 floors up to the roof that I was still working on taking down. I stayed at my new house for a little too long I guess because when I teleported back to my old house, someone had filled in the top of the basement with dirt and stolen the rest of my house structure.

I was really frustrated at that point. A little while later I got a mod to rollback the area I guess and put the house back like I left it before someone finished destroying it. They gave the griefer a warning for the confirmed griefing over over 300 blocks of mine, so that made me feel better. The griefer was the squatter who tried to take my house the first time 8|

I was moving away and any other time I wouldn't have cared, but I was in a bad mood from getting on to find my favourite town had gone down the drain, my items stolen and a squatter using my house. Plus like I said I was taking it down slowly for a reason since I wanted to recreate it, so finding that someone destroyed the rest before I could finish was just the cherry on top. -_-

In the end everything turned out fine but this all was just so annoying. 😤

That's super annoying!! You should just play in the Subeta server. ;)

I used to maybe 4 years ago :) And the original world was very cool and great, but we switched worlds so much (repeatedly losing my work is a not-so-great feeling) and then there were new staff and so many new players I couldn't keep up. I'm sure if I went there now no one I knew would still be there and no one would remember me either.
