I just essentially signed my dog's death warrant. We've had him for just over ten years. He is my best friend. I will be losing my best friend on 8/8 at 4:30 pm EST. I'm so lost right now... He's the last remaining family pet. I'm devastated.

I'm so sorry for your loss, my dog Bella had to be put down 2 years ago at the age of 14 and I know this feels terrible. I'm sure you made the best decision in his interest. I can't think of anything helpful to say, but I wanted you to know that I can relate and send some virtual hugs over to you and your friend.

I visited him again today. He was up and walking around and even gave me kisses. He's making this sooo much harder than it already is. ?
