This has come up a couple of times in the past few months and then you fix it and close the thread, but it's back again for a third time, where some of the items I'm wearing are not showing up on my avatar. Missing a face and chest item.

Wondering if anybody else is having the same issues.

PC/latest chrome/windows 10/ I tried hard refresh and cache clearing

I'm missing a lot of items on my avatar.

All I wanted was to make use of that new space-themed background.

I've also got a lot of items missing on my HA! Just when I was trying a new Shengui-Guo-style look... :(

Im missing most of my clothing -.-

Cool, I went in and re-saved my avatar and it looks fine now...

It took four trips to the wardrobe and hard-refreshing, but I'm finally wearing all of my clothes again.

I've just run into this problem :( I wanted to make a cat party HA but this was not the kind of cat party she signed up for XD

EDIT: I went back to the wardrobe, saved my HA again, and everything showed up.

I just noticed the same thing. I have to save my avatar twice for all my clothes to show up.

I had the same problem..

I had the same thing i think its a server memory issue because some people could see me clothed and some couldnt and then the avatar from the vibrant news post looked completely naked to me lol

Missing dress began to work next day now dress and background gone. Seems to come and go. After about 6-7 refreshes finally works. Perhaps just super slow for images to catch up?

I've changed my HA and, after like half an hour, it's showing around half of the items I used for it. 😞 Can any admins fix it, please? ;_;

edit: After clicking hard on "SAVE AVATAR" for like a minute, it looks like it is fixed now.

I'm nearly completely naked, and seeing a lot of naked HAs all over the forums.

I'll try resaving like others here and see if it helps.

[edit] Well that seems to have helped. But we shouldn't have to be saving multiple times in order to have all items showing.

MY MOUTH IS ALWAYS MISSING ON ALL MY HAs. Always my mouth and re-saving doesn't work for me, my HA is still mouthless. Maybe its a hint, maybe I talk to much haha

I am also having this problem; wasted my money on a gold account this morning thinking that was my problem but it wasn't, problem still not solved. Two of my face items are not showing up.

I already made a ticket but I was told to post here, even though this thread dose not seem to have any attention on it.

I am just going to copy/paste what I wrote in the ticket.

I have enough layer slots for all the items I'm wearing but two of my face items will not show up. I've waited and waited, I've hard refreshed, restarted my browser, resaved the avatar, taken the items off and saved then put them back on and saved; they just won't show up. What is going on and how do I fix it? Even without my gold account I have enough slots for everything through the purchases in the wardrobe, so when my gold account expired my avatar should not have changed but it did. I bought a new gold account this morning but even that did not fix it. I know my avatar should work because it's what I was wearing the last time I played.

Just cleared my cache and it's still not working. The items that are missing are "Deadroot Gas" (green snake looking eyes) and "Charmed Eyeliner Wand" (black eyeliner) can you see either on your end? If not then it can't be a problem on my end. I bought the layers less than three months ago so they should still be working. I have the default three slots, I bought three more, and I have one from having a gold account. I'm only using six of the seven and only have six face items but the two I mentioned are not showing up.

It seems as if people are resolving this issue by simply going back to the wardrobe and saving the avatar again? As mentioned above I have tried this, many MANY times. It is not working for me. I've also hard refreshed and restarted my browser many times. Nothing is working.

EDIT AGAIN-

If I take everything off my avatar and save it refreshes immediately and I am naked. Once I put the clothes back on and save it refreshes immediately again, except for those two face slots. I even extended the slots, purchasing more time for them; it did nothing.

One of my missing items did show up but I am still missing one last face item. Somehow, and I don't know how cause I am pretty sure it should not be possible, I gained another face slot. Now it says I am using 6 out of 8 slots. I do not know how it got to 8 as I can not purchase more, only extend the time I keep the extra slots for.

ANOTHER EDIT-

I just tried to extend the layers again and instead of extending my time it gave me another slot so now I am using 6 of 9. x.x Hopefully my face item will show up though?
