Is anyone else having a hard time with this right now? Where I live we just got hit with a ridiculous heat wave and I can't use A/C because I'm really sensitive to it too. Does anyone else have a similar issue? How do you personally cope with it?

My arms just kinda feel like falling off at this point lol I'm thinking of trying cold baths but I'm kinda scared it will make my situation worse.

I don't have that, but I do have certain pains that come on quite a bit. I have what I think may be either arthritis or tendonitis in my neck. I also either pull or strain or do whatever to my right shoulder every so often...like yesterday. Epsom salt baths help some - I make the water as hot as I can stand though and swish a cup of epsom salt around in it (I like the kind scented with lavender oil because it's relaxing). I don't know if hot water would be good for you though as you mentioned cold baths.

I already take epsom salt baths pretty regularly, but when it's hot like it has been here a warm bath is pretty unpleasant (so are the cold baths! but it at least they don't make me sick like the heat does rn). I've also been all over google and have of course asked my specialist for ways to ease the pain. I just sorta thought other people who have my issue might have suggestions or small tips that aren't immediately searchable. Guess subetas not the ideal place to ask, but it's the only forum I ever use.
