I'm looking for someone to edit my picture to make me look like a mermaid.

I don't mind if the photo is slightly edited or made black and white, just as long as theres a tail similar to the picture.

I am willing to pay whatever the price for it ^_^

OH MY GOD!!!!! THAT IS AMAZING!!! I don't have a better resolution of the picture. Is there anything I can do about that? If not, can you still do that tail on the picture?! IT LOOKS AAAAAAAMAZING i'm so shocked!

[EDIT] Actually i'm going to try and get a new picture tomorrow and see if it will look better. Is that okay? I'm wiling to pay whatever for the pics!!!
