Autopricer not working in my shop.

I have tried over the last 3 days, but nothing happens.
Have you gone through all the steps? Does it say that it completed?

No on both counts. It says It looks like you already autopriced, but it did not finish processing, click here to continue, but when I continue I get this 0 / 810 complete, and nothing happens.
That is weird that it is stuck. If you file a ticket, they should be able to reset it and that should work.

Mine's also being weird. I got all the way though the process, but at the end, it says "Autopricing complete, 0/0 done, and left items at their old prices. When I went to do it again, it says I've already auto priced for the day?
Edit: I took all the items out and divided them between my other shops, autopriced fine, Maybe something just went wrong on that one page?

All I can recommend is that you file a ticket for it to be reset.

Thanks! I'm not too worried about it now, since I did have room in my other shops to fit everything. More likely it was just a glitch (maybe on chrome?) As long as it doesn't happen again, we're good! :D
