This thread is going to be a little bit different, since I consider these profiles to be more "build-your-own" due to their premade nature. I'll be making freebie pet base profiles for anyone to use and posting the code here. All you have to do is edit images, colors, and text to your liking! Occasionally I'll have a little slotted giveaway and make full profiles for anyone interested. Graphics and all!
Rules
I only ask three things of you:
- Do not remove my credit at the bottom right.
- Do not edit the code except for the colors, text, and images (all areas are well marked in the code.). Image overlays, backgrounds, page dolls, etc.. are all good! 2b. Code can be altered in the case of needing to adjust widths/positions due to a graphic created.
- Do not steal my code and pass it off as your own to sell or give away.
Need help? I'm happy to provide assistance to new coders, but I won't do the work for you. That includes making graphics or outright giving you the answer unless you've already tried on your own. Graphics are a maybe, but unlikely. The only instance where I will give you code is if you win pet spotlight! Tell me where you want your trophy and I'll give the code to you.

sections: story, minion, treasure, small box for art credit, pet color/gender info. not sure i know the difference between hover and tabbed? i know what those words mean in general but do you have an example of each in context of a pet profile?
color: i dont want it to be too garishly bright (not mardi gras colors all over or anything) but i also don't want it to be too ugly and swampy. i guess i'm thinking light neutrals with some darker greens and browns worked in.
Adassa is a Louisiana gator. I'd like the pic of the boat, french quarter, and mardi gras aisle as these are some of the main cutural aspects of LA. I think the "see ya later gator" would be cute at the bottom. Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler translates to "let the good times roll" I definitely want the french, possibly the translation. Swamps, Mardi Gras beads, fleur de lis are all icons that could be worked in.

Sure! Tabbed are like this (click the circles on the right) where each section is in their own "page" within the main page. While hover has the sections just slightly hidden to hover over like this.
I think I preferred the tabbed style then. Thank you for the examples!!!

I would love to get the pet spotlight with her and have been kicked out 5-6 times. I plan to use the same story, and the picture top left. But background can be changed. I am completely open to any ideas however. I love your work.
I am capable of doing a little pixel pushing but not drawing or coding sad to say. I'd like the sections as listed, tabbed would be nice. A pet memorial for her..

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for help with, so I'm going to just assume you're looking to spruce her up on her own. <3

I'm not seeing the picture in the top-left you're mentioning? It appears to have been deleted or broken.
And sure I'd be happy to help, but like I said I won't do the work for you. There's only two reasons I can think of that you would have been kicked out officially:
- The incredibly low resolution on the large background.
- No credit for the background picture.
Possible number three is you were in the queue when those odd glitchy flushes occurred which kicked a lot of people out.
Unfortunately the designs around your sections are tied into the background, so you're going to have to add your own. Luckily with CSS that's super easy and you would mostly just need to nudge the pixels around yourself and add a new background!
First let's fix the backgrounds of the of your sections. You'll be looking for the area they're located and adding:
background-color:;
To the section. The should be the hex-code of whatever color you want it to be. You can figure those out here: http://htmlcolorcodes.com/
You can get a similar border with
border:3px solid;
border-color:;
Just change the px width to whatever you think looks good. Otherwise it'll be a lot of nudging the sections around to where you want them and adding your own background.

I think I was more interested in a completely new background but would have no idea how to code it either. Perhaps I need more help however, so again appreciate your time :)
PS the artist name is at the bottom of the background and also at the end of the story. She no longer works on profiles.
