I finally got around to watching this latest season of GoT and I had fairly low expectations because I wasn't impressed with the last season. Obviously it wasn't bad, but season 4 was so amazing I don't think the show can ever live up to those standards again (for me, at least). I still have the last two episodes to watch, but I'm really liking where the story is going! Despite being a huge bookworm, I don't read the books, so I have no idea what will happen next.

I'm curious about what characters everyone here likes. My favorite is probably Tyrion, but there are so many great characters with amazing character development! Who do you like best and who would you like to see on the iron throne? Personally, I think Petyr/Littlefinger will get to the throne with his wily ways.

have fun with the last two episodes! they're really good. personally i really hope daenerys ends up on the iron throne. i don't care if she loses it or burns down half of westeros. dragons, man. i like tyrion as well. sansa too.

Dragons. Can't argue with that. I can't say I'm a big fan of Daenerys because yes, she ends up in horrible situations and seems to get by solely with dumb luck. It's still hard to dislike her because she's a charismatic leader, but she's made some horrible choices.

I like Sansa too! I was planning on hating her because she was such a brat in season one but she's a completely different person now! I wouldn't mind if she became warden of the north.
