I do good to hit 40 for a score on that game, but I see people on the top score list who hit double that, and some have amazing scores. I just wonder is there a secret to it? Is there a way to earn extra lives or something?

I don't recall any way to earn extra lives - if there is, its a very high score!

The only "secret" about the game that I'm aware of is if you press the up arrow key while you are at the top of the screen (on the row with the flyers) you go straight to the bottom, the button row. And vice versa - if you hit the down arrow key while you are at the bottom you go to the top. This can save you a lot of time once you get used to it.

Yes, I found that out, but it doesn't really help when you're being bombarded by waves and can't keep up.

At first, I could barely get to 50 points, but now I can easily get to over 1000. There isn't a secret to it, just play enough to know by head which isles have which items, and don't wait till the last minute to throw. I just try to combine throws if possible, like get all the posters done first if there are a lot of those, and only then the others. It's really just practicing a lot, and having the insight which to throw first. Good luck! :)

I wish there was a secret trick to it haha. I'm so terrible at that game, it's the hardest one on the site for me :P

That really makes no sense to me. About the time you hit 40 points, EVERY SINGLE AISLE IS IN PLAY! You CANNOT pick and choose!

Indeed, but they usually don't all come at the same time. You can see which ones come first, and if you can save time by doing all posters first, before moving to the next one. It's just a lot of practice, and once you get into the flow of it, you can get a lot further.

That still makes NO SENSE. Let's say you're on the poster aisle and you clear out the posters. Then you go down to the lanyard aisle and work on it. In the meantime the other two aisles are being overrun and BAM! The game is over. It. Just. Doesn't. Work.

I meant it as clearing all the posters in all 3 isles, not as clearing just one isle. That's what works for me when there's a lot of things coming over.

Again, it does not compute. You just can't go grab poster after poster after poster and drag them down to the next aisle in time to do any good. While you're trying, the other two items just keep flooding in and again, GAME OVER!

I don't know what else to say... That's the tactic that works for me to get over 1000 points.

Unless there's a method where you can load up on an item and dash from aisle to aisle, then no. It just doesn't work. And I haven't found a way. If you know of one, PLEASE tell me.
