[edit] Confirmed that the post was made by Jaibo who at the time got disconnected and auto logged out. I am assuming during the posting. So the bug is being logged out during the time it takes for livethings.subeta.net to update the shoutbox.

Note that when clicking the user icon it directed us to a 404 page url = https://subeta.net/users/

Real issue is more so the random logging out now with the shoutbox confirming it is happening

Pinging you guys because this could be a major problem. It could be a harmless joke somehow but i recommend that you take inventory of all your most valuable items...for example cws that you have spent real cash on. In case this is a hack I say we should prepare ourselves.

Informing all of you was something i thought was best to do. I have been getting logged out randomly. This could be an entirely seperate issue but again, i want to be safe and let you all know what may or may not be a possible harmful problem.

Shout box is on a separate coding thing. I don't think it has anything to do with items. I am curious if it is either user who is in limbo, like didn't confirm an account yet or a user who posted but got logged out during the push.

@ permanent Oh yeah its most likely seperate coding but subeta has been hacked before. Thats why i have a pin now but this still worries me. I just rather be cautious because it would be the safer thing to do.

There have been posts in the shoutbox that seem to be there and then disappear. I just want to inform lair bears right now that this could be troublesome...luke maybe a possible hacker or maybe just nothing at all. I just wanted to do what i thought was the right thing and tell people about this. Thats all. c:

They are posts, just no username associated to it. When you click the user icon it is a 404 page. They don't disappear they get pushed down like normal posts.

No. There is nothing indicating it has to do with anything other than the shoutbox. Again the Shoutbox is on a whole separate live events based coding system.

Thank you for letting us know.I've noticed a few times when the site goes down,(hello 502 errors)or when the site doesn't fully load.So I don't know if it is related to this or not.And that automatic logging out sounds bad,because its the same thing I remember happened to users over at Neopets in the past.

We just had a heads up about possible hacking at neo..so i went to check it out.I found out that i lost almost everything i had saved in the bank acc't... So I e-mailed them 3 times now and explaining that i had been hacked and they have just ignored my requests for help.I have been a member for more that 13 yrs.

O_o Uh, yeah that screenshot was me earlier today sorry guys (There were two posts I made, you captured the second one). I got logged out randomly while talking in the SB and my posts weren't showing up, I refreshed, logged in and my posts were there I just wasn't aware if anyone else could see them or not and I didn't feel like re posting them. I believe I posted afterwards that the site logged me out, I didn't think it was important or anything, it was the only time it happened to me. Should I make a ticket or something, does it matter? I'm sorry I scared people and honestly I forgot about it, it was NOT a prank or INTENTIONAL WHATSOEVER, Subeta just decided to log me out randomly.

And I actually did click the username (Or lack there of) and it took me here: https://subeta.net/users/ Which was 404 not found
