I am looking for quality coding, and really nice color design. lucky for you i have the important graphics done already i just need coding help and for someone to make it work right. My attempt was annoying and glitchy some things don't work and there was WAY TOO MUCH WHITE everywhere and the header doesn't really blend in very well. I want everything to match that header image.

its cropped in my version to save space but if you have a better idea go ahead and use as much of this image as you would like.

font is times new roman with a space between every letter in case you need to remake the nav or something

anyways thats the basic jist of graphics....

i would like more black and less white, with some red accent i used but you can throw in more reds and stuff

bookmarks can be grey blood red. background behind those black please.

i would like the middle part of the site where you actually read stuff to be white with black text, you know, normal.

side bar buttons i would like to match the navigation if possible. as for colors whatever you think looks good.

USER PROFILE basically use the whole header image, and make everything black, grey, white, and red, and make it snazzy, and make all the buttons like i did on the css. Basically like mostly black though, but don't forget the other colors lol.

OK so since I am being kind of demanding and this is TWO requests, I am offering 500 CSC AND 15mil sp. I hope that is sufficient.

Oeh an Axel layout, cool :D I can give this a go if you like (both the custom css and user profile)? But like said, your album is set to private, so I can't see the header image. Also in your attempt screenshot there is a white bar between the navigation and the header image. Is this on purpose? Or is this one of the things that doesn't look quite like it should? :P The price you're offering sounds good btw. If you allow me to do this you wouldn't have to pay until I'm done and you're satisfied with the result. :)

but i think you already saw because you knew about the white bar lol. So yeah i put the white bar on purpose because i can't code to save my life, but I'm okay at picking through and editing them, so i used the "personalizable" one where you're supposed to just change the banner (the big part) and th colors, but i was like nah I'm going all out. but the nav is like totally separate, and coded really weirdly... or at least to me... so like i couldn't figure out how to make it all one picture so i left the space it already came with... long story short i expected that there but if your coding skills allow for it to NOT be there that would be really cool.

I do REALLY like the black bar with that font on the nav though so i can send you those files or i can make you a new image if graphics aren't your thing. Totally willing to help where i can.

For the navigation drop downs and stuff... is semi transparent black an option for the background? And white text on top? So when it drops down you can still kinda see axel but you can also still read stuff? (like how you can sort of see his hair behind the nav in the screen grab)

I hope I'm not being aggravating or anything. Its just I'm on here a lot and want the site to look nice. And my profile needs serious help too lmao. Im an artist so my eyes are a little sensitive to clashy things like the piece of shit css I'm using right now lol.

this is how my profile looks on my screen. This is just like a temporary fix, i did a bad thing and stole some code (TEMPORARILY and I'm not gonna distribute and i left credit) just so i would have a profile thats decent and is functional while i wait on you to make me my own. I don't wanna get frozen over a user layout after being here more than 7 years so even though i like this I'm still gonna pay you to make me a new one lol.

anyways i showed you that to show you what i came up with idea wise, what I'm gonna be having on my profile, and to let you know i would like my profile to be more widescreen. like go out further to the right, take up more room, have wider columns and stuffs. I feel like thats a lot of wasted space over there? And the graphic i gave you allows for it, i had to do some serious resizing to even get it in that tiny box lol.

Colorwise, I'm iffy about the blaring red, but i was only about to change some of it to the more subdued crimson. Idk do what you think looks good lol.

Wtf, Imgur is weird sometimes. :P But I can see all the images now, except the user profile screen grab. I get an image not found error for that one. -- Edit: I only just now realise you actually have the layout up on your profile, nevermind the screenshot then :P

Alright, so I'll just start working on it and show you previews of things along the way and ask you what you think of colors etc. And don't worry, it's only helpful that you're being so descriptive. In the end you're the one that needs to look at it everytime you play subeta, so I really want you to like every part of it. :)

So uhm I started with the custom css, but no matter how hard I try, I can't seem to get the navigation and header image to line up: look. Either the hair doesn't line up properly or the squares don't. D: Could you maybe redo the navigation image for me so it does line up? You can also just make the header and nav into one image, like I did in the image I just showed you. Doesn't matter for the coding. :)

[edit] Okay, so I decided to work on the user profile first instead, and actually got a bit creative with the graphics. :P What do you think of something like this?

I had that problem too with the custom css. The white bar in the middle visually hides the facts the boxes don't line up if you look closely on my screen grab. I eventually decided fuck it and matched the hair lol. I can make you an image with the navigation attached all onto one image, so that way you don't have to line two things up, you would just stick the nav coding on top of the same image and everything will be all hunky dory. Remind me to do that though cause I'm about to head off to work.

As for the user profile I love the idea you have with the checks going down between the columns and everything! Is is possible though for them to start lower so you can see the bottom of the graphic i made with the flames and everything? Cause the comment box is kinda covering up one of his chakrams and the flames kind brighten up all the darkness lol. I can send you the individual flame graphic as well. in photoshop just layer it with "lighten" in the layer mode box and it seamlessly blends with the checks on the background wherever you stick it.

Glad you like the idea :D The columns can definitely start lower. Would you like them all to start lower or only the right most one that's covering the chakram? Also, I actually didn't cover that much of the chakram, the chakram is already cut off in the graphic you gave me (this one). In your layout it is not cut off, so could you maybe give me the entire uncut version of the graphic? And yes I would like the flame graphic as well please :)

[edit] Lowered the right column a bit. If you want to see more of the chakram I'll need the uncut version of the graphic like I said. :)

. Omg I totally forgot I made a whole different graphic for that layout. Yeah I'm just gonna send you the whole uncropped wallpaper and then the flames are just any old flames on a solid black background and then put it layered in "lighten" mode in Photoshop and it blends wherever you wanna put it. Idk if you have/use photoshop or not?

this is the black bar. it is SUPER WIDE so you can use it for whatever you want, but i would like any edges feathered off into nothingness

for the nav font i would like it to match where it says "axel" in the graphic, but idk what font that is (i used times with a space between each word but only because thats the closest thing i could find.

also: PS: I have a macbook pro retina, which displays images at twice resolution. SO for every pixel on my screen there are actually two... which kinda fucks with graphics. so like, if you made a 400x400 graphic, on my screen it would look like a 200x200 blown up to twice its size, and be kinda pixely. So it would take up 400x400 space but be poor quality. I know theres code stuff you can do to make graphics on a retina screen not look like shit but idk how that works. Would you happen to know how that works? If you could implement this feature, but still have it look normal to people with non retina screens, I will pay extra, because i would love things to look nice and sharp on my laptop.

Uhm I use a different graphic program, but it's similar to photoshop so I can make it work. :P I don't see the url for the flame graphic though?

I'm not an expert on fonts so I don't think I'll be able to find the exact font that is used for "axel". So I guess I'll just stick to the times new roman with spaces thing. Looks close enough right? :)

Also I googled a bit about your retina display problem, and I might have found a solution. I have no idea if it actually works though, so I did some testing on this page. Do you mind taking a look and tell me how it looks like to you? The first image is the normal one. The second image has a higher resolution and should therefore look better on a retina screen. Does it look better for you or not? The third one should display either "normal" or "retina" based on the screen people are using. So for me it displays normal, does it display retina for you?

Also just a heads up, but I'll be away until saterday, so I won't be able to give updates until then.

Thats fine for the font! Thats what I did and it looks fine to me. I just didn't know if you happened to be a font expert lmao.

Hey! The retina looks clearly and noticeably different. Whatever you did worked. Good job! The bottom two looked retina to me, the first was fuzzy.

The flames aren't like a specific thing, its just any flames on a black background, any at all. Theres tons on google.
