Just heard the news. Anton Yelchin, the young actor who played Chekov in the new "Star Trek" movies, was found dead last night after being pinned between his car and a pillar.

I quite enjoyed the new Trek series and bringing the Trek universe into the light of young, fresh eyes (including my own children).

I, personally, don't have television and received this news via a friend. For other who are in the same boat as I, I thought I would share the news.

So many tragedies this week.
