i need a lil help here. i'm looking for foregrounds that are borders. nothing like picture frames, though. just regular borders and plain white borders... such as the following:

The best way imo is to use the Advertising forum, either the main section or the Wanted subforum. You can also buy or trade for CSC gift cards. The current going rate is 9-10mil sP per 100 CSC.
