Item not in wardrobe ??

So i recently purchased the whipped toffee cream strands item from the pawn shop, following the purchase i got sent to a 404 page, but i left and the item was available in my inventory, however once adding it to my wardrobe it disappeared completely. So, after a while of searching i gave up and assumed maybe the purchase didn't go through so i bought another one from the pawn shop [ again a 404 ] , once more it is in my inventory but when I try to add it to my wardrobe it gives me an error. I have clearly spent the CSC for both but neither seems to be working

literally having the same problem, except with actual cash items. it's pissing me off.
You've purchased the items and put them in your wardrobe but they aren't showing up? Check account search to see if the items are there. If they are, wait awhile and they should show up in time. If they don't show up on account search, file a ticket :)
There's a delay in items showing up in the wardrobe once you've added them; always check the Account Search first (and for what it's worth the item in the OP is a CSC item too)
