My favorite is Stucky (Steve & Bucky) aka Captain America and Winter Soldier. A very cute pair for trying to save your best friend. No matter what happens Steve always trys to protect Bucky from anyone or anything.

I'm not a huge Marvel shipper or anything, but I like the idea of Stucky and Science Boyfriends or whatever it is they're calling Bruce & Tony these days. Civil War got me into Stucky with all that ~emotion, and I've liked Science Boyfriends since the first Avengers movie.

Stucky I must agree with, it's my favourite too. I'm so tempted to make fanart of those two together.

Stuckony. First poly pair I've ever tried and still enjoy. It works for me since I like Stony, WinterIron, and Stucky. Stuckony in particular would have to be because of the talented writers on Ao3. I enjoy how they each bring something to the relationship and are able to balance each other out. Plus, it can be incredibly dramatic due to their canon pasts.

Everyone here makes a very good point. I love Tony and Bruce too, but I am more of a bigger fan of Tony Stark and Stephen Strange. I wish there was more fan art of them, but it's very little or I am not looking hard even. How does everyone feel about Thor and Loki?

I've read a Stephen Strange x Tony Stark fic once but I find them to be too alike for my tastes. Same for Science Boyfriends, I need my tops to have more conflict. :D For Thor/Loki, I'm indifferent. If they're a side pair, I'll read it but I won't actively search for fics that have them as the main pairing. :/

It's is hard for me to find any stories or fan stories of Stark and Strange. I have written one and for me it was crappy, but I made it anyway. I can't find many sites with Marvel stories.

I think you'll need to wait till there is actual Stark/Strange interaction on the big screen for more writers to visualize that pairing. As for Marvel stories, I just stick with AO3... does anyone else have any recommendations on where to find more marvel stories?

I understand, but when we will they put them together in a movie. You can find these two in comics, but not in a movie. I find that unfair, but you can't reach awesomeness.

I have to admit, I tend to like things that seem to be a bit unusual. I love Hawkeye and I tend to like Clint x Coulson. Also enjoy Stucky as well.

I also enjoy a relationship of some kind with Bucky and Clint simply because they have their minds being messed with in common.

Hmm I don't really ship things any more but back when I used to browse Tumblr I came across a lot of Tony x Steve stories and I kinda liked that a lot. I have no idea why...

There was also one story with Tony x Loki .... then again I'm the type of person who likes the oddest pairings you can think of.. as long as they are tasteful.
