Yer a wizard

...I beat Pylot the Enraged for the first times, which made me very happy. However, when Longo fought him for the fifth time and won, I got a message saying "You have defeated Pylot the Enraged for the sixth time," when the last defeat was only four. So I missed the drops entirely, which did not make me so happy.

Did this happen to anyone else?

If you file a ticket, they should be able to look into your logs and see what happened and get your items to you.

Thank you. I know we're not supposed to file tickets about bugs, but to report them here instead, but I am more than happy to take your kind advice!

It is fine to report the bug here but if you want your items then you always have to file a ticket ;)
