I keep seeing it too. Seems to happen when there are less then 20 items, maybe. Been like that for a bit now.

2nd day Seems to me as if 15 items was the magical number?

May be the glitch has been on for longer - now we don't get a different page of items, when trying again to early, but an error page with the remaining wait time (Which is annoying), so the DC has been tampered with as well. But then ever since the unnecessary shop disaster we have had thousands of items in there, only now numbers have dwindled down.
